2. Orders and reservations
A purchase contract is formed once we confirm your order in writing. A reservation is not charged until we confirm availability and shipping.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), before applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout.
4. Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping across Canada. Estimated timelines are shown in your order confirmation; any significant delay is communicated by email.
5. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return the device for any reason. We refund the amount once the product is received in good condition.
6. Warranty
The device comes with a 2-year limited warranty against defects. To make a claim, contact us through the details provided on this site.
7. Liability
We are responsible for the conformity of the product as provided by law. We are not liable for uses other than those described in the device documentation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and by applicable consumer protection legislation.
